Answers are sourced and cited from those documents, admins can restrict sensitive documents to specific teams, and Knowledge Health keeps watch for stale, conflicting, duplicate, or missing information.
No. Your documents are used only to answer your own company's questions — they aren't used to train any underlying model.
Only if an admin leaves it open to everyone, which is the default. Admins can restrict specific documents — compensation bands, financial procedures, anything department-specific — to selected groups, and Nexora only searches those documents for employees in those groups.
No. Each employee's conversation history is private to their own account. Admins can see workspace-level activity — an audit trail of document and permission changes, system health, usage and cost — but never the content of anyone's individual questions or answers.
